Abstract

Higher educational institutions, where the educational process for students includes a structural set of well-organized methods of precise methodological foundations of teaching, the introduction of physical education classes plays a big role. The article reveals the main sections of the theory and practice of teaching physical culture: methodical-practical and educationaltraining. The formation of studentsmotor-effective abilities with the help of experimental and practical techniques plays a decisive role in the introduction and development of physical culture and their social personal qualities. The basic principles of teaching physical culture education at the university are described.
