SOME PECULIARITIES OF IMPROVISER AKYNS IN THE ERA OF INDEPENDENCE

In this article, the author attempted a comprehensive analysis of the work of the famous Tokmo akyn, melodist and People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Emirbek Imanaliev. Using comparative-historical and comparative-typological research methods, the author, comparing the aytyshes of Elmirbek Imanaliev with the aytyshes of Tokmo akyns of the late 19th century and with the aytyshes of the Soviet period, tried to identify the similarities and differences, the originality of the aytyshes of E. Imanaliev in the era independence and up to the present day, his contribution and place in the general system of Kyrgyz traditional music are revealed. In addition, the author also dwelled on the activities of his school «ustat-shakirt», founded by E. Imanaliev at the public fund «Aitysh» of Sadyk Sher-Niyaz, and the author also analyzed his melodies, showing their originality, peculiarities, features.
