THE ROLE OF STATE POLICY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC IN MANAGING MIGRATION PROCESSES

The article examines the role of state policy in managing migration processes in the Kyrgyz Republic, the analysis of governing legislative frameworks, institutional mechanisms and international cooperation. Particular attention is paid to the strategic importance for the economy, social structure and international relations. The main laws regulating internal and external migration, as well as bilateral and multilateral agreements aimed at protecting the rights of Kyrgyz migrants are described. The article selects key reforms and initiatives aimed at optimizing migration processes, improving the working conditions of migrants and their reintegration. As a result of the conclusion, there is a need for a comprehensive approach to migration management to ensure the development of Kyrgyzstan.
