Abstract

The forces ofpolitical Islam in the Middle East and Turkey are acting against the existing centers of power and order in the region, which were formed by the influence of Britain, France and Russia at the beginning of the 20th century after the Ottoman Empire. They are fighting for the creation of a new order with one center of power, which strictly adheres to Islamic principles and actively spreads faith as in the region, as well as in the whole world. The author discusses the types of law enforcement in world, giving the views of scholars.
