Problems of functional imbalance of power structures in the Kyrgyz Republic

Abstract

The article analyzes some aspects of the security of the Kyrgyz Republic and the role of security forces. It is reported that some bodies exceed their functional responsibilities, and some, on the contrary, act selfishly. The state of the object in relation to the criminal world, which is one of the most important problems of the Kyrgyz Republic from a security point of view, is presented. In this direction, the processes in the criminal world of the republics of the post-Soviet space are compared. In this direction, the sides of indifference and confrontation are also mentioned. Taking into account the eliminated shortcomings, it is emphasized that the transition to institutional reforms in government structures is one of the important issues on the agenda. We are also talking about a convenient geographical area for the deployment of Ministry of Defense structures in emergency situations.
